Potting on a little chamomile

In my previous blog I noted how fantastically our chamomile is growing on. It's got a bit crowded in our coir pots and so needs potting on. It's always a good idea to pot on new plants once they get their first true leaves. By wiating until now, there is a big enough root system for the plant to cope with being moved. Be careful to only handle the plants by their leaves as they can cope with having a leaf damaged but won't recover if the steam is broken.

I managed to get 16 plants from just one coir pot, so I think I need to pop out to pick up some more trays as I've been a bit ambitoius and have quite a few coir pots bursting with chamomile! Don't forget to send me pictures of your skincare plants and I'll add some to our blog.
Fingers crossed we'll get some warmer weather soon to help the plants grow on. In the meantime, enjoy the rain x
