Cancelling an Order & Returning Unwanted Items
We hope you'll be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to cancel your order or return anything bought from us we'll be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it's in fully resaleable condition, within 7 days of purchase. You can cancel an order via email or by using the 'Contact us' form. Please ensure you include your reference number so that we can deal with your request as soon as possible. To return an order please send it to the address detailed at the bottom of this page. For your own protection we advise that you use a recorded delivery service.
Upon receipt we will examine all returned goods as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Products on special offer or explicitly noted as non-returnable cannot be returned.
Damaged Goods
If goods are damaged on arrival please contact us in writing within 7 days and send back your item to us using the address given at the bottom of this page. Please ensure you include your invoice (or a copy), together with the reason why you are returning the item. Once we have recieved it we will send you a replacement at no additonal cost and we will refund any reasonable postage costs you have incurred.
Product Performance
Our products are free of the most common allergens such as artificial colour and fragrance. However any substance is capable of triggering a reaction and some people can be sensitive to essential oils. We always list all of the ingredients next to the products we stock, so if you know you are sensitive to certain ingredients you can check whether or not they are in the product. We regret that we are not able to offer a refund, credit or exchange if, after using a product, you find you are sensitive to it or it is unsuitable for your needs.
Please note that organic products can often trigger a 'detox reaction' for the first few days of use, during which time you may notice increased redness in the skin. In most cases this is a normal, healthy response and is an indication that your skin is responding to the healing properties of the product. Delivery Charges
Returns should be made at your own expense and we recommend for your protection, that you use a recorded delivery service to return items. Please note that initial delivery charges are not refunded. However, where goods are faulty, or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items.
